There are several types of therapies available to adults and children with mental and physical disabilities. Horseback riding has been proven to help increase core strength, the ability to multitask and create relationships between the riders and the horses.

Horsefeathers is located in Lake Forest, Illinois. We had to be well up before the sun in order to capture the timelapse used in the opening of the film.

In the agriculture industry, the soybean is one of the top players. The soybean is a very versatile crop and can be used for feed, oils and can even be made into plastic. In this film, we spoke with several farmers about the future of soy and it's impact on not only the United States, but the world.

The French Pastry School in Chicago created a charity foundation years ago to raise money for scholarships so pastry lovers can go to the French Pastry School. Each year, the school hosts a gala to show support for the scholarship program.

In 2010, the Gulf of Mexico would be forever changed. An explosion at the Deepwater Horizon oil rig would spill oil for 87 days straight. We focused on the resiliency of the restaurant industry in New Orleans one year after the spill. We spoke with restaurant owners, locals, fish mongers and oyster farmers and asked them all the same question, is the food safe?
